Three days. One room. A lot of figuring things out. 🔥 (Last week)

We spent three days in person with our regional representatives for the GenACT SAUTI Project, and this was far from a typical training.

It was hands-on, messy in the best way, and full of trial, error, questioning, rebuilding, and trying again. Starting from scratch, we worked through the issues, developed our advocacy asks, tested them against real-world realities, and used SMART advocacy to shape what we actually want to take to the ground.

The goal was never to leave with pretty strategies on paper. It was to leave with clear asks, practical approaches, and a stronger sense of what needs to happen where it matters most. Three days of doing the work, not just talking about it. Now, we take what we built in the room and put it to work on the ground. 🔥
