Female Youths

Female Youths is a community for girls and young women who are passionate about finding their voice, developing their potential, participating in society and contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable future.

The group provides a space to connect, learn, share experiences, build confidence, exchange ideas and support one another across different backgrounds, communities and fields of interest. We believe that girls and young women should not only be beneficiaries of development, they should be active participants in shaping the decisions, policies and systems that affect their lives and futures.

Our conversations and activities explore areas including girl-child development, women and youth leadership, gender equality, civic participation, inclusive governance, human rights, education, policy and legislative advocacy, climate action, sustainable development, entrepreneurship and personal development.

The group is inspired by the work of Female Youth Network (FYN) and its commitment to empowering female youths for a sustainable future. Through initiatives such as the Girl Child Club, girl-child development advocacy, leadership engagement and policy advocacy, FYN works to create pathways for girls and young women to develop their voices and participate meaningfully in society.
